Lotus Flower Imaging Solutions has the following Terms & Conditions
to keep both you and us happy and in full compliance with copyright
law.
- All images on this website are the property of and copyright
©2003 Lotus Flower Imaging Solutions. These images are not
to be used or modified for any other purpose unless explicitly
stated otherwise.
- The owners and/or subjects of the photos on our website have
granted us permission to use both the original and restored versions
of their photos as examples of our work. Please be respectful
of their generosity and do not copy
these photos!
- In order for us to work on a photo, you must be the original
owner or have a signed waiver from the copyright owner. Lotus
Flower Imaging Solutions will not work on any copyrighted image
without a signed waiver authorizing us to restore, retouch or
otherwise modify the image. Alternatively, we can attempt to obtain
a waiver for you and will pass any associated costs on to you.
Many studios are happy to provide a waiver (for a reasonable fee)
for photos which they no longer have the negatives for.
- All orders require a 50% deposit of our final quote before any
work begins. All completed orders must be paid for at the time
the photos are picked up (or before they are mailed).
